All items are guaranteed Genuine. We do not sell fakes or copies. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it within 15 days for a complete refund, minus shipping costs, PROVIDING THAT IT IS RETURNED IN THE SAME UNDAMAGED CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED BY YOU.

We have decided to use the relative terms to describe condition of VG (Very Good), EXC. (Excellent), and MINT, along with "+" signs to indicate slightly better overall condition. In essence, VG can be described as being in typical condition for an older Order or Medal that was proudly worn by it's previous owner. EXC refers to an item that was used very little, shows little wear, and in general, was well taken care of. MINT condition describes an item that was probably never worn and is in the best possible condition that you are likely to find that particular item. Please understand that condition can also be relative to the age of an item and the condition that you can expect to find that item in. An EXC condition medal from the 1980's will generally be in better overall condition than an EXC condition medal from the 1940's. In any case, we have provided photo's of most of the items we have for sale.

From our customers who reside in the U.S., we accept payment by personal check, money order, cashier's check, and thru PayPal. Please be advised that orders paid by personal check will only be shipped after the check clears. To pay by PayPal, click on the PayPal logo at the top of our website and register with them if you have not already done so. For our many International customers, the current payment options are by International Money Order, a bank check drawn on a U.S. bank, money transfer thru Western-Union, or sending cash via Registered mail. Due to the high cost of checks in many European countries, many of our customers there have sent us cash and it has always arrived. However, please make sure it is wrapped so as not to be seen, and be sure it is sent via Registered mail.

SHIPPING: We will do all we can to keep shipping costs down for you. Please include your address when you email us with your order, and we will inform you of the shipping and insurance cost. Shipping will be by USPS (not UPS or FedX). While we try to keep shipping costs low, International orders, or heavier or more expensive items will cost more. If you are returning an item, please insure it to protect yourself. For foreign orders, please check with us for shipping costs. Also, on shipments outside of the US, please be advised that the maximum insurance value for a single package is generally very low, so expensive orders may have to be shipped in several packages.

Please Email us to place your order with us and reserve an item for up to 14 days. Lastly, due to the difficulty of getting the items we have out of the FSU (Former Soviet Union) and current laws prohibiting the trade of these items, WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OF THE COUNTRIES OF THE FSU! Sorry, but we don't want to deal with any legal issues.
